RMA return process

If the customer has any doubt about the quality of any goods sold by Amber, please contact the corresponding sales representative as soon as possible to ensure that we can provide you with the most timely solution.


1. Please send the quality inspection report so that we can immediately contact the relevant manufacturers for quality problems and eliminate potential risks.

2. Amber promises to provide positive countermeasures and solutions within 24 hours after receiving the customer's RMA application.

3. Sample testing. We need customers to provide samples of goods with quality problems, and submit them to the original factory or a third-party authoritative testing agency for detailed testing and analysis, so as to find the root cause of quality problems and more effectively deal with quality risks.

4. If it is confirmed that the quality of the goods is defective, Amber promises that the customer will recall the goods in full and bear all the transportation costs.
