The strict quality inspection process is the core part of Ambo Electronic's quality control system. We have advanced inspection process, professional testing equipment, and cooperate with experienced IQC engineers and professional responsible working attitude to ensure that customers receive qualified goods.
Step 1 Appearance inspection
--We will perform appearance inspection on all goods in warehouse and make detailed inspection records.
• Brand, model, quantity, production date, ROHS environmental protection standard testing
• Inspection of external packaging, whether the packaging is intact/complete, and whether the packaging materials meet the requirements of the corresponding MSL standards
• Marking inspection, consistency inspection and verification of original specifications
• Material appearance inspection, dust and sundries, pin pin deformation, pin pin oxidation
Step 2 Engineer's re inspection
--We will conduct a comprehensive re inspection of materials supplied by non system "tier one suppliers".
• Product appearance re inspection
• Refer to the quality control database to inspect the original labels and coding marks
• Barcode inspection
• Check whether it is consistent with the original batch number, production batch number, year and product packaging
• Simple electrical performance test
Step 3 Quality test
--All goods that cannot be identified in the re inspection process will enter the quality test process. The product is tested by a third-party laboratory (such as Baima and CECC laboratories)
• Solderability test
• Cover opening test
• X-RAY conformance test
• XRF/EDX/EDS testing
• Functional testing
Quality control training system
• All employees should attend training courses, not limited to the quality management team
• Amber's training program enables us to understand the latest manufacturing trends, industry best practices and new counterfeiting technologies
• Amber's quality engineers have an average of 5 years of work experience in their field
• The Expo regularly invites inspection experts from the original factory/agent/third-party laboratory to train employees
